حقوق الملكية Copyright

Copyright is a form of protection provided for original works of authorship. "Copyright" literally means the right to copy, but has come to mean that body of exclusive rights granted by law to copyright owners for protection of their work.

Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner.

Iraqify respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, Iraqify will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the App if submitted to Iraqify's Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, Iraqify will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Iraqify, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:

THIS PROCESS IS FOR COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS ONLY.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a letter to us with all of the following information in it, using this format:

• Include a statement telling us that you have found an audio track on Iraqify which you believe infringes your copyright - for example, I hereby confirm that I believe the audio track identified below infringes my copyright.
• Tell us which country your copyright applies to.
• Tell us the title of the audio track concerned.
• Explain to us how the audio track infringes your copyright - e.g. the entire audio track is a copy of an original work made by you, part of it is a copy, etc.
• Identify the type (e.g. a vocal, a piece of music, etc.). and details of (e.g. title, publisher, dates, etc.) the copyright work which you own the rights in, and which you believe has been infringed. If this information is available on the internet, it is helpful to send us a link.
• Let us have your email address so that we can contact you.
• Let us have the contact information which we can pass on to the submitter of the audio track concerned, so that they can get in touch with you to resolve your complaint directly - email address is preferred.
• Include the following statements:

  I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted work described above is not authorized by the copyright owner (or by a third party who is legally entitled to do so on behalf of the copyright owner) and is not otherwise permitted by law.

  I swear that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or have an exclusive right in law to bring infringement proceedings with respect to its use.

• Sign the notice. If you are providing notice by e-mail, a scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be accepted.

Make sure you know whether the content that you have seen on Iraqify infringes your copyright. If you are not sure what your rights are, or whether your copyright has been infringed, you should check with a legal adviser first. Be aware that there may be adverse legal consequences in your country if you make a false or bad faith allegation of copyright infringement by using this process. Don't make false claims.

لإخبارنا بعملية انتهاك حقوق الملكية الالكترونية عليكم بارسال رسالة تتضمن الآتي:

• بيان بأن المعلومات الواردة في الإخطار دقيقة، وتخضع لعقوبة شهادة الزور، وبأن الطرف الشاكي مخوّل بالتصرف نيابة عن مالك حق حصري تم الادعاء بانتهاكه.
• بيان يتضمن تعريف بالمادة التي تم الادعاء بانتهاكها و التي سيتم حذفها أو منع الوصول اليها. مثال "اني أؤكد ان الاغنية المسجلة على الرابط الفلاني تنتهك حقوق الملكية الخاصة بي"
• ذكر الدولة أو الدول التي تم تسجيل حقوق الملكية بها.
• ذكر اسم المقطع الصوتي او الاغنية  
• تعريف بكيفية انتهاك حقوق الملكية. هل هو عبارة عن جزء من المقطع الصوتي او باكمله او باي طريقة اخرى.
• ذكر نوع الانتهاك. هل هو موسيقي او غنائي او القائي او غيره.
• بيان حقوق الملكية الخاصة بك من مكان التسجيل و التاريخ و غيره. ممكن ذكر الرابط اذا كان بيان حقوق الملكية على الانترنت او صورة من بيان حقوق الملكية.
• بريدكم الالكتروني للمراسلة عليه.
• توقيع فعلي أو إلكتروني للشخص المخول بالتصرف نيابة عن مالك حق حصري تم الادعاء بانتهاكه.
